At times a home project seems easy - having the proper tools can make a big difference.
 

  1. What do you recommend to use for cleaning my new hardwood floors?

    2. Preferably, a barely damp mop with a small amount of vinegar is best - a capful of vinegar in a small amount of water. Soap should never be used and Windex is a good spot cleaner.

  2. What type of flooring do you recommend for pets?

    3. We recommend white oak wood flooring or laminate depending on the area.

  3. Would hardwood floors show scratches from pet nails?

    4. If the pet scratches in one area continually, then scratches will be evident.

  4. Can you match my existing hardwood floor?

    5. Yes, we can!

  5. Does tile/hardwood need to be sealed every year?

    6. No, but hardwood should be checked for wear.

  6. Can you do wood inlays or a border around the room?

    7. We can accommodate both of these techniques.

  7. How long would it take to have an on-site hardwood floor installed and completely finished?

    8. Depending on the size, a day or two is needed for installation, 3 days to sand and finish. Pre-finished wood flooring would be complete is just a few days.

  8. How far will your crew travel to install a floor?

    9. Our preferred travel distance is 100 miles.

  9. What if I have a problem and need you to return to fix some kind of damage?

    10. Definitely call us immediately and we will asses the damage.

  10. Who does your estimates?

    11. The owner, Terry Henson, does all our estimates with a one-on-one appointment.
